| Although I was quite pleased with another anti-virus product, I had downloaded a trojan virus that it did not detect nor eradicate. After reading several online reviews that highlighted Spyware Doctor as one of the best, I purchased it. It detected and eradicated the virus that was causing my system problems. It continues to run in the background and has kept my system clean since it's install. I would certainly reccomend it to anyone in need of a good anti-virus package. |

| PC Doctor lives up to it's name. I purchased this for my daughter's pc which was loaded with adware & spyware (& probably a virus or two!!) anyway she loaded PC Doctor and it took care of her pc problems and she tells me it's the best thing she has ever used. |

Effective and trouble free

My laptop had become infected with a fake anti-virus programme. It warned me that my computer had a virus and directed to me a website which offered to sell me, at an exorbitant price, the programme which would "remove" the virus. But the only virus was this fake warning! All attempts at removing it were futile; as soon as it or any of its files were removed they somehow replaced themselves. I understand the original infection was the result of visiting a suspect website.
Spyware Doctor to the rescue! PC Tools Spyware Doctor effortlessly removed the offending infection and now maintains a constant watch against any further infections. It frequently finds Trojans and other malicious infections. Since installing Spyware Doctor I have had no further problems of this nature. Although I am now also more careful about which websites I visit.
Spyware Doctor looks after itself keeping up to date, and unlike some anti-virus programmes, has not caused any of its own problems.
